    Weekend Cupping

    Taste three coffees side by side with whoever is on the bar that morning. No experience needed — we'll show you how to slurp properly. Around forty-five minutes, six seats.

    Pour-over Basics

    A slow, hands-on introduction to brewing filter coffee at home: grind size, water, ratios, and why the bloom matters. You'll leave with a bag of beans and a method that works.

    The back room seats up to twelve around the long table. Book it for a morning meeting, a small celebration, or a few hours of quiet work with coffee looked after.
